The fastest growing companies build with Apollo

600K+ companies use Apollo to help stay ahead of the competition.

We’ve turned prospecting into an autonomous pipeline. Apollo is the enrichment layer — the system runs headless on a schedule, re-ranks continuously, and hands the team a queue that’s already been scored and prioritized. Humans spend their cycles closing, not researching.

GTM Operations

I’m no GTM engineer, but Apollo’s AI Assistant makes me look like one. My colleagues think I’m some kind of AI prodigy, when really I’m just chatting with the Assistant and letting it bring my ideas to life. It’s like having a technical teammate on call 24/7.

We do pretty much everything in Apollo by API. Their CLI + MCP have become powerful enough that we consolidated our stack, and now use Apollo’s headless product for core enrichment while we build custom scoring, routing, and signal workflows on top of it.

Frequently asked questions

Apollo is the AI GTM System that uniquely combines data, intelligence, and execution in one loop helping every business find and win their next customer. Trusted by millions of users and over 600,000 companies worldwide, Apollo combines one of the industry’s largest B2B contact databases with a purpose built GTM intelligence engine and a full execution stack, in an all-in-one system.

RevOps teams use Apollo to own the full GTM system, not just one piece of it. That means enriching and routing inbound automatically, building signal-based plays that fire on job changes, intent surges, or website visits, and standardizing how the whole team prospects and sequences. Because data, outreach, and reporting all live in one place, there's no reconciling between tools at the end of the quarter.

Yes. Builder Studio (coming soon) lets you build custom AI agents, multi-step workflows with conditional logic, and AI Sheets — all on top of your unified data model, and without waiting on engineering. You control exactly how the motion runs: set usage limits, preview credit costs before anything fires at scale, and ship new plays yourself. Full API, CLI, and MCP access available for teams that want to build programmatically.

Apollo uses a credit-based model, so you only pay for value-generating actions—not for building or running workflows. Credits are used when a workflow enriches a contact or account, runs an AI agent to research, score, or qualify a record, or reveals an email address or phone number. Charges depend on the action and the number of records processed. For example, enriching 1,000 contacts uses credits for those enrichments only, giving you predictable usage as you scale.

Apollo covers a lot of the same ground — waterfall enrichment, signal-based plays, and workflow automation and orchestration — but goes further on the execution side with built-in multi-channel sequencing, a dialer, deliverability, and a full outbound motion your reps work out of. If you're using Clay to enrich and route, Apollo can do that natively. If you're using Clay to build complex enrichment waterfalls, Apollo's waterfall enrichment and Builder Studio (coming soon) are built to handle that too — without the additional subscription.

Apollo is designed to fit your existing stack. You can keep your CRM as the system of record and add Apollo as the intelligence and execution layer on top. Deep bi-directional sync with Salesforce and HubSpot means enrichment updates, contact data, and sequence activity flow automatically without middleware.

Apollo pulls internal data (your CRM, data warehouse, call transcripts, calendar events, and CSV imports), Apollo’s own B2B database, and external signals (buying intent via Bombora and waterfall enrichment) into a single intelligence profile for every person and company. That unified profile is what your agents, workflows, and plays run on, so the motion you build is based on the most complete picture of each account, not a fragmented snapshot from one source.
