Here’s what you need to know.
As an Apollo user, you will be able to quickly and easily load your Sequence call tasks straight into Orum’s platform. This means you’ll be able to simultaneously dial the Apollo leads you’ve sourced and sequenced in Orum, dramatically increasing outbound efficiency, and have more conversations with prospects.
When you first sign in, you’ll be guided through an onboarding flow directly within Orum to learn the ropes!
In the Orum platform, a user can now search for Apollo Sequences and seamlessly execute any assigned call tasks. They can also automatically load Orum-powered lists that surface all sequence-due or one-off call tasks.
You can also select the dialing option of your choice: dialing prospects one at a time (power dialing), dialing multiple prospects at the same time (parallel dialing), or making targeted one-off calls (click to call).
Once a call is made in Orum, it is automatically logged in Apollo and associated with the user who completed the activity, and a recording link will be synced in the notes section within Apollo. Once a call has been logged, the call task will automatically be completed regardless of the call outcome.
How seamless is that?!
The integration also supports pre-recorded voicemail drops automatically when a prospect doesn’t answer or allows users to record a live voicemail in Orum.
