Who thought go-to-market could be fun? We did!
In Apollo’s inaugural customer award ceremony – The GTMMYs – we recognized our top customers and practitioners, who consistently raise the bar for us all with their creativity, engagement with our platform, and positive contributions to our business.
Apollo is the world’s leading end-to-end GTM sales engine consolidating everything you need to grow your business into one platform. Our customers are essential to helping us build more robust features, expand our capabilities, and inform us about the next frontier in GTM. With almost 700 nominations across seven different categories, our GTMMY Award winners have used Apollo to scale from $0 to $10 million in 18 months, fight food insecurity, drive over $1.6 billion in pipeline and $100 million for customers, and more. They truly embody what a great sales platform coupled with an outstanding sales culture can accomplish together.

This is the individual or organization with the most creative use of Apollo for a campaign or GTM initiative.
Winner: Fulton Beasley, Senior Business Development Executive at RevBoss
Fulton uses Apollo to target marketing and advertising agencies for growth services and is a Boss (yep pun intended) for incorporating every aspect of Apollo’s functionality in his outreach.
In his two years as a Senior BD, he has sent 50,000 emails with an average 30 percent open rate, leading to 350 booked meetings, and over 30 of those meetings converting to closed won. What stands out the most here is Fulton’s use of video in his outbound strategy where 40 percent of the new leads he reaches out to each week receive a hyper personalized video from Fulton, made possible by his use of our Vidyard integration.
Congratulations, Fulton! You’re successfully doing the work of entire sales team – a total BOSS move.
A sales team that has fueled the biggest improvement across their entire sales cycle using Apollo – including pipeline generation, engagement, win rates, and revenue.
Winner: Daniel Carnell, Business Development Manager at Maropost
When Maropost realized they needed to build an entire outbound function from scratch, they quickly identified the tools they needed for success: an engagement platform, a data provider, a call recorder, and a sequencing tool.
By onboarding Apollo, the team rapidly scaled the impact of their outbound program, resulting in a 60/40 outbound to inbound split which changed the game for their organization. Maropost leverages Apollo for plays, sequences, website intent, cold call campaigns, conversation intelligence, and more.
Congratulations on this huge transformation, we feel lucky that we were able to be a part of it.
This award goes to a non-profit organization that has best leveraged Apollo to create a positive impact and do good in the world.
Winner: Claire Bleiler, Chief of Staff at Lemontree Foods
Lemontree uses technology to strengthen existing networks of food assistance and improve accessibility to these support programs for their end users. At their foundation, they offer a tech-enabled helpline that matches clients to food pantries and soup kitchens in their local communities. When they launched in 2020, they served 1000 people. That number has now grown to 6,000 people per day.
Apollo enables this growth by giving Lemontree’s team access to tooling, enabling them to scale their community outreach so they can ensure consistent food access across all of the communities that they serve.
Thank you for using technology to change the world, Lemontree!
A standout founder or co-founders who have significantly increased their revenue with the best GTM strategy over the last year. This award is tool agnostic so the nominees did not have to be Apollo users to be considered.
Winner: Connor Murphy and Dylan Smith, Co-founders and Co-CEOs at Webaroo
Connor Murphy and Dylan Smith recently co-founded Webaroo, a software development services agency that has taken off in the last year.
In 2023, they set out with a goal of scaling to $100,000 in monthly revenue. By nailing their audience, and outbound strategy, they’ve been able to procure an impressive list of clients that are retaining at an incredible rate. Webaroo started at $0 and is now a $10 million dollar agency after just 18 months.
An individual or team who has shown the highest level of mastery and engagement with Apollo’s features.
Winner: The Lemonlight SDR Team (award accepted by SDR Manager, Ged Carrington)
This award is being given to the SDR team at Lemonlight for displaying collective mastery of the Apollo suite to help meet their goals. They have successfully used Apollo plays to automate their cold outreach, which has not only given them back two hours per SDR, per day, but they’ve also been able to expand their outreach into brand new markets. Thanks to the additional leverage this automation gives them, they can focus on higher-payoff activities like hyper-personalized outreach and outbounding via LinkedIn.
By nailing their outbound strategy through Apollo, the SDR team has 4x’d their meeting numbers, leaving each SDR with an average of 11 meetings per week, while transforming Lemonlight into a global brand through new market penetration.
A small business that is new to Apollo (since Jan 2023) and has seen remarkable growth by implementing one or more use cases.
Winner: Allison Butler, Director of Business Development at Allstacks
Allison recognized a need for consolidation in Allstacks tech stack and implemented Apollo to replace tools like ZoomInfo and Salesloft, giving her team more control, visibility, and improving overall email deliverability. Since launching Apollo sequences, Allstacks has seen their open rates increase by almost 60 percent. They have also seen meetings set increase by close to 100 percent, leading to 105 percent pipeline attainment in Q1.
Other notable improvements include cleaning up their database, using job change alerts to update records and sell to former customers who moved to new orgs, and using plays to generate interest in their recent webinar series, where 80 percent of attendees were BDR sourced.
Allison and her team are the definition of Apollo power users and have successfully consolidated a tech stack that wasn’t unified, leading to a significant improvement in their GTM strategy.
An agency or technology partner that has significantly impacted their customer’s GTM experience or strategy through their partnership with Apollo.
Winner: Martin Aguinis and Sam Shandler, Co-founders at SendtoWin
Sendtowin is a B2B lead generation agency that has partnered with Apollo for several years now and has driven over $1.6 billion in pipeline and $100 million in revenue for their clients. Their primary channel of sourcing this revenue is through cold email and running campaigns on LinkedIn. They have relied on Apollo tooling for B2B prospecting and a rich, yet affordable database (their words, not ours).
When asked how they see tools like Apollo impacting the future of GTM, they said, “Tools in the market are very fragmented, whereas Apollo provides a unified system for all GTM needs in one place. It's also very applicable to most types of companies regardless of industry or value prop so their impact will continue to be immense.”

Chaz has been on countless reference calls, actively participates in the Apollo Customer Advisory Board, and is a key player in our community lead program to help our members learn how to best use Apollo.
Connection Catalyst: Vipin Sharma, Clarion Technologies

His work has boosted Clarion Technologies GTM efficiency across the board and increased connections to their prospects by 111 percent.
Playmaker: Alex Luong, Stampli
Alex Luong is a Sales Ops Manager at Stampli and has successfully implemented thousands of Plays across their GTM strategy. In fact, he's the No. 1 user of Plays out of millions of Apollo practitioners.
Pipeline Practitioner: Martin Pinero, Acid Labs
By using Apollo’s integrations, combined with our Sequences and Plays features, Martin went from having 30-40 percent quota achievement in Q1 of 2023, to over 130 percent for April 2024.
Meeting Maven: Brent Haldiman, GTM Dart
Through the use of Apollo, Brent was able to significantly increase his pipeline velocity by booking 108 meetings, closing 15 of those deals, and cutting his tech stack cost by 25 percent in his first month of use.
Deals Dynamo: Lesly Priscila Coral García, Daktico
Since onboarding our platform a few short months ago, Lesly has documented hundreds of new opportunities through automation with Deals, giving her a strong view of her pipeline and allowing her to manage all of her prospect relationships in one place. She is the No. 1 user of our Deals feature!
Congratulations once again to all our 2024 winners! We are so honored to be part of your journey.
