The exciting breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI) mean we are updating our products and features to include the most advanced and cutting edge technologies to help our users prospect more efficiently, and prospect better. As part of these commitments, we may leverage various third-party providers in the AI space to enhance our services and capabilities, and will continue to do so for certain product features.
To do this, Apollo.io may use Customer Data (as defined in Apollo's Terms of Service) and its proprietary data as inputs to the machine learning models from these third-party providers or to its own internally developed models. This allows us to provide more accurate and relevant recommendations to our users. Apollo will never share Customer Data with third-party providers for the purposes of algorithm enhancement, however, without disclosing it first to customers and obtaining customer consent.
We take our responsibility to protect our users' data seriously, and we are committed to providing transparency and control over how Customer Data is used. As such, we provide the following disclosures:Any third-party AI platforms used in Apollo's features will be disclosed in the sub-processor list found in our Trust Center

The current list of third-party AI providers integrated into Apollo is as follows:The third-party AI providers listed above are used by Apollo as part of its platform features. This list does not include any AI providers that customers may independently integrate with their Apollo accounts through customer-configured integrations or third-party connections, even if facilitated by Apollo ("Customer Third-Party Systems"). Customers are responsible for their own use of any such independently integrated AI providers, including compliance with those providers' terms and applicable data protection requirements.
